“Very friendly staff I was having my hair colored and they knew I was in for a long time so they actually offered to bring me lunch when I had asked for a recommendation for a restaurant!! I love their decor a casual rustik style. Non pretentious and comfortable place to have your hair done. 😊🌹🌻”

“I walked by intrigued by the beautiful doorway. I was also in dire need of a haircut. They were able to get me in within an hour. When she asked what I needed I explained I just needed a trim but she could see my grey roots were growing out. I told her I needed to go to an event and she suggested I not only get my roots done but that I get some highlights . I said sure!! Over the next several hours I was taken care of , they even ordered me a burrito when they ordered their lunch . Because I didn’t have a real appt. they made time for me inbetween their appts. I watched as every women of all different ages was transformed . I couldn’t wait to see how my hair was going to turn out. When it came time for the cut I told her to do what she wanted. While taking off a bit of length. I showed up with my hair looking dry and my curls having no life. The color turned out beautiful and perfect , better than I could have imagined . This cut she left me with is exactly what she said, I can blow dry it and the layers look soft and lush and when I leave the curls to dry naturally the layers allow the curls to look full and bouncy. It is the best cut and color and salon experience I’ve ever had . I live on the Monterey Peninsula but will definitely make the short drive to come back . I usually dread going to a salon but I can’t wait to go back. It’s a beautiful space and the women there are talented and lovely humans. I never write reviews but I have to for this salon. I also bought the brush blow dryer she used on my hair and I love it! Worth the purchase. The price for my cut and color was the same for what I’ve paid on the peninsula but with a quality that doesn’t even come close. I highly recommend this salon . Es mejor!!”

I met the owner Nora and her husband Henry about a year ago when I was just window-shopping down main Street.
